He has dedicated more than three decades to transforming energy operations in complex and multicultural environments.

For 12 years, he developed a successful career at Schlumberger (SLB) https://www.slb.com/ , the world's largest oilfield services technology company. His management experience ranged from field engineering in Talara, Peru, and Monagas, Venezuela, to global corporate roles in Sugar Land, Texas, USA, where he was responsible for workforce planning for more than 5,000 engineers worldwide. He has led critical operations in Nigeria, Brazil, and the Caspian Sea region, managing diverse teams in terms of race, gender, and culture with a focus on safety and high performance.
